With the recent addition of a live chat feature within the platform, LenderClose has improved user support in order to provide superior speed and efficiency to those users looking for real-time responses to simple help questions and requests. Located in the Help section in the platform, users who are logged in can now select the option to chat with LenderClose Support in addition to the email and call options.

For historical reference, user chats with LenderClose Support are archived and searchable in order to provide seamless support across multiple chats. With the new chat feature, users can expect quicker response times during LenderClose operating hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.
